On this day in ...... 2005 (5 years ago today), Belgium-born Muriel Degauque committed a suicide bombing attack in Baghdad, Iraq. The 38-year-old (left), daughter of a factory worker and a secretary, had been raised a Catholic. But she'd converted to Islam a few years earlier, and had become increasingly estranged from her family.
