Guest Blogger: Linda M. Keller

It's IntLawGrrls' great pleasure today to welcome guest blogger Linda M. Keller (left).
Linda's an Associate Professor of Law at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, where she's been a member of the faculty since 2003. She received her J.D. from Yale, where she was notes editor for the Yale Law Journal. Linda served as a clerk and supervisor in the Legal Research Office of the Connecticut Judicial Department, then taught international human rights law and legal writing at the University of Miami School of Law, where she also served as Fellow of the Center for the Study of Human Rights. Her publications focus on matters of human rights and international criminal law.
In her guest post below, Linda rejects the supposed dichotomy between peace and justice, then offers a framework by which the International Criminal Court may help to promote both in the course of resolving conflicts.
Heartfelt welcome!
