Congratulations to new ASIL officers

In the wake of the hugely successful 103rd Annual Meeting of the American Society of International Law in Washington, D.C., last week -- overheard, "full of substance, energy and buzz" -- ASIL Exec Director Betsy Andersen and I want to congratulate many, including several IntLawGrrls.
