Laura Rozen of Foreign Policy's blog reports that the U.S. Senate just confirmed Yale Law School Dean Harold Koh as the State Department's Legal Adviser in a roll call vote of 62 to 35.By IntLawGrrls' count, the vote came on the 94th day since Koh (right) was tapped to become State's top international lawyer. Not a moment too soon.
