Kudos to our intlaw colleagues Paul Schiff Berman (below right) and Laura Dickinson (left), soon to move from the University of Connecticut to the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in Tempe.A scholar who focuses on globalization and intersections of cyberspace law, international law, civil procedure, and the cultural analysis of law, Paul has been appointed the law school's Dean as well as a Foundation Professor of Law. Her scholarship concentrates on transitional justice, legal responses to terror, foreign affairs privatization, and the interrelationship between international and domestic law.
